The Code of Conduct

On 1st October 2004 the Code of Conduct and professional practice applying to processing of personal data for statistical and scientific purposes carried out by universities as well as researchers working within their framework was introduced. This code also specifies the measures to be adopted when processing sensitive and judicial data within research activities.

In compliance with the Code of Conduct, the FUB has also adopted its own specific regulation on the subject:
